This mini-course introduces each individual Blast Motion metric, how it’s defined, why it’s relevant, desired ranges, averages sorted by playing level, etc. It also offers visual examples of each metric represented in the swing, and suggests how certain Blast metrics can help predict a hitter’s strengths or weaknesses.
